Room was clean and spacious for a hotel.
The elevator broke with us inside, which was distressing and made our stay less enjoyable. We had to carry all our belongings down the stairs, which was frustrating after a long day. While we received a gift card for the inconvenience, I feel like a partial refund would have been more appropriate considering the trouble we went through.
